I'm sorry I've been so lame at getting to this site, but I've taken on a full-time job that is draining all of my time. I doubt that it can continue at this pace. I had other hopes in fitness coordinating, but it seemed that it was so political, I couldn't break through.
I do love Body Pump and RPM and hope you do come to Papillion this summer and meet/work with us! Must run, but thanks for writing....if you would care to have your info passed on to the coordinator at the Y, I'll do that...Have a great day,

Bad news..if you want the qualified to teach to show you have to scrap the old one. That happened to my friend also when he got certified for Body Step. But hey..just make a list of all your friends and rerequest them again. It sucks, but Les Mills won't merge them for you.

Aww..you're such a sweetie. That's how I am. I don't teach any new release, it's all old for me. The prone bar roll..gotta love it. Our clubs don't allow us to do them because we have wood floors so we do the hover with extension. Shoot, that's hard enough.

Hey sweetie. Nope you don't have to. Once you are certified, you're certified for life. It's always a good idea to go when you can to freshen up & learn new techniques & keep up on your game. I know the feeling. I have wanted to go to quarterlies when I was just a participant. I can't go next month so I'm hoping the next one is a little closer to me.

Things are going great here in AU! Busy as ever, I've been teaching the 5:45 am class since I'm working from 10-8...SO EARLY! It's a fun group of folks though.

Anyway, I hope things are going well! And that you're makng some amazing pecan pies...lemonades...etc. :) Let me know how great you're doing!

Yeah, I remember her....tell her to contact me at the gym. I'll be there today teaching BODYVIVE @ 4:30 (perfect for her to start with!) and BP. The sales consultants can figure out some kind of trial thing...or she can purchase one month to see how she likes it. There's always a way!!

Which teacher is it?? My kids went to Allie Ward and I used to be PTA president. I have tons of teacher friends at Ward. Whenever she wants to check us out, just let me know and I can pave the way for her. No problem. We have classes Mon-Thurs at 4:30pm...perfect for her!!
