Counting down to the next launch then. 4/5 July is coming around quick. We're doing an Independence Day theme so its red white and blue.

Absolutely love the music for BC36 - ROCKS! Gotta love T4 and I'm finally getting the feel of the claw. TT with a great instructor so its gonna be awesome.

As for BJ45 - The corrie has got to be the hottest thang going right now. That warm-up, seriously smokin! Love Rappongi. Talk about hamstrings though!!! Struggling with the butterfly turn but won't be doing it on launch as it is too much for people to get in one class. As G says, it's a week 8 move.

ROAR!!!

At my club I am the only one launching BodyJam - not for lack of instructors. Now it might just be me, but I thought the whole point of a launch was to show the particpants the whole routine for the first time. Ergo, no teaching new stuff before the launch?

Imagine my suprise when I hear the participants saying that the other BJ instructors are already mixing in!!!!!!!!! The launch isn't for another 2 days and I've been working hard to learn the WHOLE thing.

ROARRRRRR!!!!!

Oh damn damn. And if I was there I could SO have sneaked you in one of the side entrances into Jam!

Hmmm 8 jump kicks - don't tempt me, I SO wanna do that, as it's going to get REALLY frustrating holding them back (some just ignore me anyway and jump, which annoys me, as I like 'building it up' and shouting "ARE YOU READY? I SAID ARE YOU READY????" - they have gotten into that , screaming YEAAAH and then we go for it on the last 4. The ones already jumping have these IMPUDENT faces on as if to say "Well I have already been jumping so that makes me the best!". Oh NAFF off!

LOL.

The 8.30am start for Combat is not funny. I can't believe there isn't another one later! It wouldn't be a problem for me of course, but those travelling? Strewth!

Yeah Track 5 - what a winner! Love it! I am SO loving the warmup too. They are the only 3 tracks so far I have learnt from BC35 due to going on Vive, charity BTS event blah blah blah. I tried learning Track 2 at the weekend and gave up!! URGH! HOW complicated is the choreo??? I will be going back to it though do not worry. That one needs alot more patience and time!

Over and out MAMA!

Yo Mama!

Hows things? Taught Trk 4 last night for the 3rd time, but the FIRST time to my hardcore Monday night crew! Man I had a HARD TIME getting them to NOT JUMP (saw your comment) on those ENDLESS step and kicks! Even an EX-BC INSTRUCTOR (who we got rid of, LOL) was jumping. I sounded like Mr Strop, shouting at them all to WAIT and work the LEVELS etc.

Sometimes you just want to take your wraps off and storm out like a 5 year old girl and say "Ok do whatever the **** you want then!".

I love Track 4 though - dodgy choreography of course (what's new? I'm used to that now, no biggie anymore) but the song I LOVE so it gets me through (the Van Halen CLASSIC version from 1984 is one of my ALL TIME favourite songs EVER!). They say it's too easy! So I ask em then why is ME sweating?

They're gettin' it EVERY CLASS now for 3 weeks, so they BETTER get used to it, LOL.

Track 5 is to DIE for tho' eh? LOVE IT!! Love Track 1 too! Track 6 is just a horrible, horrible mess - quite a few instructors I know at other gyms are refusing to teach it (I have joined them!). Can't like it all though eh?

Hope all is well with you? Did you see I am now a BodyVive convert? Oh the HORROR! It's good though really, just marketed TERRIBLY!

Mr Strop :o(

Hey heyyy MAMA! nice to hear from you! I've been a little bit busy, over in Sweden for some big musical event recently, and this past week on BODYVIVE Training (don't laugh!!!!), which I expected to HATE, but actually really enjoyed. I guess it shows, never judge a book by it's cover.

As for Combat - I haven't looked at 35 yet. We didn't launch this time around due to having an event on (a BTS Classathon - 5 disciplines, 6 classes) - last week, so we all did a 'best of' (I team taught on BC and BP and participated in BB and BA, but missed out on RPM as I needed a REST!!). Was a great day and we raised alot of money for the Brit heart foundation.

Apart from T1 (second half) and T4, I really enjoyed 34, although have phased it out pretty much in total now, as it wasn't that loved (except by me, LOL). Have heard mixed things about 35, even though I have it I am not rushing to learn it. Pump comes first for me as that is consistently the stronger programme for me. It was interesting to hear other LM instructors feedback on my BV course. No-one moaned about BP, but we were split on BC - some loved it, others hated it (the way it's been going I mean). One girl coined it for me when she said, her members were complaining it was all just 'too easy' in comparison to the older releases (I guess that would be pre-30). SNAP! I have also done T6 from 35 and it was bloody awful!!! WTF???? But I'm done complaining as I have BV to sort out, prepare, promote and launch. Not totally my thang, BUT like I say, a change can be a good thing. When one programme doesn't work, focus on another. BP, BV, there's always something out there eh Mama?

Hope you got your JAMMIN down to..... PERFECTION! I just KNOW you did now Mama - don't let me down now. *hugs* from Mr S
