My Favourite Programs

Profile

Hi everyone,
My name is Dave and i live in England. I'm a BodyPump and BodyCombat instructor in the city of Carlisle on the edge of the beautiful Lake District, Cumbria.
I like to make my classes the best they can be by really getting the feel of the programmes i teach and i hope it shows!
I teach other classes (spinning and X-biking) and am always looking for new things to try.
My other job is as a full-time fire-fighter in Carlisle which has it's own thrills and spills!
I love the outdoors and have three dogs to keep me company on those long walks (two Border Collies and an English Bull Terrier). What a mix!
Just added to the song selector - "Work (Freemasons remix)" by Kelly Rowland (Biceps or Abs in Pump or Abs in Combat) and "Sunrise (Fugitive's Night Before mix)" by Milk Inc (squats in Pump). Please add your vote and cross your fingers for them to be used!

Hi, Dave.
The class number can be quite huge on Saturdays and Mondays as the classes are usually first thing in the morning or in the late evening. I think this may be because most of them work 9-5. Tuesday is usually quite small though and the classes always seem to get bigger just after the new releases. Mind you the class is only taught at my local leisure centre and not at nerby facilities which probaly accounts for the numbers. Thanks for the vote of confidence for my exam I'm mot sure what date it will be on just, so I'm off now to collect some print outs that may help me to pass this time. Xmas is all sorted out over here and I'm just delivering my Xmas cards now. Speak to you soon.

Hi, Dave.
I've passed my pracitcal exam, but I've also failed my written exam and have to do it again in the new year. I didn't fail terribly so I'm not too dissapointed. Better luck next time eh! Anyway how's things your end?

Hi, Dave.
Thanks I've heard that the new release has more kicks in it. I think that this will be great. All the new releases are done all at once at my local leisure centre (pump, combat, step rpm and attack). So I should be seeing the new release shortly. Any old favourite tracks on the new CD?
Speak to you soon. X.
