Check out our gym's newest video at www.bodyplex.com under movie. It is so much fun to watch people's lives changed!
*****************************************************
This has been a year of transitions for me - deaths, births, gym shifts, etc. I am definitely being tested and hopefully I can grow stronger from all these experiences. Bring it on!

The one thing that hasn't changed - I am still a Les Mills junkie!

I am also trying to get back into running after taking a year off. Man, you forget how hard it is to start back on something, and I'm very impatient. I've signed up to do a new 1/2 marathon being presented by Disney World. It is called the Princess marathon in March 2009. If any of the ladies wants to don on a tiara and join me, it will be 13.1 miles of fun!

***************************************************
We had an unbelieveable outdoor cycling class with over 100 bikes filled and people waiting. What an exciting experience, and not only that, we were able to use Les Mills to give back to the community and raise money for LIVESTRONG. Go team RPM!

Hi Barbie i hope you are feeling a bit better, how are things going? How long have you to rest for?I know it's a pain to have to take time off.but rest is the best,i inflammed my achillies a few months back and had to really watchwhat i was doing, every now and then it flares up,so i just watch my impact for a few days and that eems to do the trick.
Thinking of you.
Take care.

Thanks for your message, Barbie! Yeah, I can't stop reading it either!!! I've never posted in any of the forums before, but this one just got to me eventually! :-)

By they way, I LOVED the socks you sent me at Christmastime - I wore them around my apartment all winter long! :-)

Hey thanks for the support.
That guy did my head in! But I am a nice guy and don't want to offend anyone. I just read it again and he is still on about it. and messaging Glen still.

I love pump, if it wasn't for Pump and Combat I would be the size of a house, and not in a good way!

Stay strong!

My 2 cents: take as long as you need or you will never heal properly. I started having heel problems in January, but ignored it and now the Dr. said I will always have problems and potential surgery-not good. Take care of yourself.

Hey girl,

Thanks for checkin on me. I tore the top tendon and have bad heal pains. I received my orthodics last week and have been takin some time off from teaching for a little bit. Dr. said it would take atleast 6 weeks. Meanwhile, my butt is getting bigger and bigger:) How are things going in Suwanee?

So Sherry is not even training there anymore? She still has a morning glutes/abs class on this July's schedule once a week. As for Step, I haven't gone through the training yet, but I am dying to! There was one in GA but it was three and a half hours away in Rome....I want one to come closer....they really don't put a lot of Step trainings on the schedule for some reason! As soon as one comes available I will definitely hop on it! How are things with you? How are the little one's doing? How is training for your marathon?
