1. I hate to have tangles in my hair.

2. I love to eat whipped cream right out of the can.... like none of you have ever done that......

3. Since my daughter has been born I have probably watched the Wizard of Oz 300 times (she's 3)

4. I hate to shop.... but I do it all the time.

5. I secretly practice mean faces in the mirror so that I can pull them off at Combat class.... not really, I don't need to practiced those, they come naturally......

6. I love to pull off crazy, unexpected moves in the middle of a class just to watch participant's reactions!!!

Certified in Body Step and Body Combat!!!! I can honestly say that it would be hard to choose between the two programs... Body Step is my first Les Mills love and Body Combat has become my passion to drive it even harder!!! All the programs are great. I love motivating people to get up and MOVE and to be able to do that with some of my best friends..... WOW!!!

The kids are Michael, 8, Vincent, 5, and Alexa, 3. I'm also a Registered Nurse. I work in ICU two 12 hour night shifts/wk while my husband watches the kids... gives him a little taste (stress the word little) of what they put me through on a daily basis. Honestly, they are really great kids. In fact, they are becoming little instructors themselves. My 8 year old remembers the choreography better than I do sometimes. Life is good... did I say good, I meant GREAT, enjoy it. Feel free to leave a message.

hola cristina que tal estas, muchas gracias por responder tan pronto a mi mensaje,no se si has leido mi perfil y lo que he escrito me gustaria que se lo dijeras a todos los amigos que hacen body pump ya que hay una monitora de radical que nos esta ofendiendo y dejando en mal nombre nuestra imagen como instructores de pump diciendo que crea lesiones a nuestros alumnos, por eso mi campaña contra esta monitora que se llama esther (catwoman) es energica y quiero extenderla a todo el mundo, espero estes bien amiga y que te cuides, un abrazo desde España para todos los amigos de EEUU que hablan español.

Tim	Hey, Thx for the info, glad the members are loving it. You REALLY are great to teach with. You put so much into it, and they LOVE it! I think it comes across to them that we truly love what we do. So youre doing Pump training? Keep me posted.
