Hi Melissa!
I saw you on the MySpace Bodypump group and wanted to say hi.
It sounds like you are the busy bee! 12 classes! You go! I have 8, 4 of which are Les Mills classes, and that keeps me pooped.
I liked your story, too. I started doing Bodypump after a back injury, and would go to the back of the room and cry my way through it it hurt so bad. The instructors would come and ask if I was ok and I would kind of shoo them away so I could tough my way through it. Heehee! So it's changed my life too.
