Hi Duncan
So good to hear from you. Haven't actually seen the new BB didn't go to the quarterly and haven't even had the opportunity to look at the DVD, have listened to the music though, once, sounds really beautiful. Been so busy with parent-in-laws, don't seem to have enough hours in the day. Luckily we aren't introducing for another week usually would be doing the first 6 tracks today, but not until next Monday. Hopefully things will settle down for me to learn them.
Hope all is well with you. Bet it's cold as were freezing our butts off up here gotta be cold your way then!
Take Care my friend

Hi there,
just a quick message that i will not be balancing tonight. Have finally admitted that heading to ff is just avoiding what is required -STUDYING! Procrastination must cease. Well enjoy the class and will definately participate at some stage next week. Enjoy your weekend. oh and guess what, you are now one more week closer to your holiday HOORAY. Have fun

Hi Duncan
Thanks for dropping by. I'm well, just not on the forum as much at the moment, busy learning and relearning chorrey 4 programmes keep me going full on, when I'm not on the forums check in here quickly for messages then onto Facebook quite addicted to that at the moment but that will wear off eventually too and be back here fulltime.
Hope all is well with you and enjoying Balance. I'm just looking at #28 for tomorrow mornings class.
Take care
Connie

hello there.
wow you are off to the mother country to show them how the professionals do balance. Have a blast and look forward to details later. Well in terms of sat balance life and lunches with friends has been getting in the way, lol. However a consious effort will be made for either this weekend or next. Otherwise took a week or so off to let sore bits mend and then ordered by other half to get back to the gym as apparently going a bit bonkers, lol.Currently tossing up gel vs cert 3, we shall see. hope all is good with you and that gorgeous puppy dog

Just love your posts so thought I would say hi from the US! I can see how much you love balance which has to make you a fantastic instructor!
Also LOVE your pics! I got goosebumps when I met Jackie and quite nervous but she is so warm and down to earth. Now I have to work on getting to New Zealand....
