Hello again,
Happy late 4th to you as well.
So is that your final assessment video that you finished?
I am still waiting on the results from mine. I was so nervouos when I taped my first video, I couldn't relax! I spent so much time trying to be perfect and professional that it was no longer any fun (and I made alot of mistakes). I came to the conclusion that I would just be me and do my best. That next video was much better, not perfect, but better. Well let me know how it goes...

Hey, How are ya?
You know I've never taken Body attack. I am going to the quarterly in New York in August. I signed up for Pump, Combat, and Jam, but was a little nervous about Attack. I guess it's because Darren told me about someone who almost vomitted during their training. Well anyways, keep me posted on your progress!...

I'm gonna just call you SUPER EP!!! Great on teaching the whole class! AND YES...there will always be things that come up....especially mic problems...we had some major ones at the Quarterly...hate to have missed you but I'm sure I will see you soon!! Drop me a line anytime and keep me posted!!

HEY!!! YAY! Im goin to the tampa quarterly!!! I havent signed up for it yet, but I will b soon!!! Thats AWESOME that you r doing pump training! I hope you get Kris as your trainer...he rocks! The NY quarterly would be fun, but Ive never been to NY so I would want to tour the city or something! haha..so the tampa one will keep me focused on les mills! Thats awesome that your taping already! Im going to tape towards the end of the month...I have combat training on the 11th so im kind of side tracked with everything....but I LOVE attack--its great! Good Luck with your tape! Let me know how it goes!!! I want to take a class from you one time! I will have to make a trip down to SC, not to far!!! Talk to you soon! Hope to see you at the quarterly!

Glad to hear things with Attack are going so well I knew you would do great. I just watched 61 and I really like so I plan to start working on it real soon. It is almost video time so good luck with that. Take care.

So how did that go teaching on Sat? I have only done 1-3, 10-11, but tomorrow I am teaming 2 classes, one at 5:45am (tracks 7-11), then one at 10am. That will be tracks 1-3, and 10-11 again (the later one has more people in it, so I am going with what I know better for my first "real class." the 5:45am class has only had 1 member in it, then a couple of us trainees (Ashley, Melissa, and Alyssa). I just got to freak out stage this weekend, realizing the time line with out time we will be gone. Only like 3 weeks left really for me to get it done. I am starting to video myself too. Have you done that at all?
