Hope you are well. You'll be pleased to hear that BV7 is more upbeat again and the class is over before you know it, really enjoyable.

BP66 seems ok, the shoulder track is almost identical to the shoulder track in BP38, same song, different arrangement, chorrey is almost similiar also with an new move the reverse modified arnold press, and side cuff rotator press making the track slightly different. I only know this as I've been mixing and actually doing BP38 and was learning the new BP66 when I noticed. Must say I was a little disappointed but that's life.

My BodyVive trainer was Laura Lynn Miller. She was fantastic. I love BV even more with each release.

Hi Terri!

I hope you are doing well, we finally had our first real rehearsal with participants who don't know bodypump, it was so much fun!! We launch for real on April 7th, it will be on 64 so we will be behind a bit, I don't know if we will even do 65 since 66 will be rolling in about the time we can start mixing it up!

Hey,
I am changing my profile, I have two since I already had one and then signed the instructor agreement, so I want to use the one that says I am qualified to teach BP. It will be a request from Michelle_0710. How have you been?

I will let her know! I am not sure if she is ready to start today, but I will give her the info and let her sort it out. I know she wants to try before signing a contract, so I will let her ease into it. Thanks for the help!!
