hi jenny,
Have u done 45 yet. i have taught it once and the class looked like stunned mullets.Another instructor released and was given negative feedback also. Let me know what you and the other participants think. i am trying to get class members to give their feedback to Gandalf at les mills as we as instructors have no say in what we are given to present.

Hi Jenny I teach jam in Western sydney and at our gym we had such bad feedback on 44.i really liked this release so I hope I conveyed the fun of this relese to the class but its hard to see it from their perspective sometimes. i was interested to hear that your group also disliked the release.Lets hope 45 is a success.
