The new release is going pretty well. That is actually the one I was trained on, so I'm excited for it to launch. I'd love to team teach with you. I've been doing some team teaching at Karl Rd during the week, but it would be awesome to teach with you on a Saturday. Unfortunately, I have my CPR training this Saturday and will be in TX the weekend after that. Maybe I can teach with you the following Saturday, the 26th. I hope you are doing well!

Long time no see. I've been going to the North East club and things have been going really well. I just went through Body Pump training this past weekend and it was AWESOME! I am really excited to learn the whole release and really get going. My wife and I bought a house in Upper Arlington about 2 miles from the Henderson club so I will probably be over there in the near future. We are also really close to Hilliard, I'm not sure if you teach over there or not.
I just wanted to say hi and see how you are doing. I hope all is well. Talk to you soon.

50!!! I'm soooo jealous! My 8:30 Saturday morning is really struggling - which bums me out. I love the time but I get a lot of "that's so early" feedback. If I get red-flagged and bumped I'll start joining you.

Congrats on your results (I assume you passed ;-D )!! I was so happy to get them and especially being as positive as they were. I had convinced myself that the longer I waited the worse they would be. Now I have to prepare for Step in October (you know I'm signing up for that!!).
I would LOVE to team teach!! So far I'm teaching on Wed, Thur and Sat so I could squeeze a few more Attacks in here and there! When are you adding it to the Hendo schedule? First, we need to do something about the neighbors because I like it LOUD!!!

Hey -
About time you asked me to be your friend! Sigh...I thought you didn't care...Oh well, at least I'll always have our weekend in Champaign! LOL! Woo-Hoo, Flying J Buffet and the nasty aroma of cigarettes! Cough, cough...Let's not forget the call that we received from hotel management..."STOP STOMPING ON THE FLOOR, PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SLEEP!"
