How are you? Hope things are better for you and your mum.
Have to tell you how good BS71 is my classes have been enjoying it now for the past two weeks and are liking it more than 70, can you believe it.
Pump 65 well I can never get excited about pump always much the same in my opinion but do love teaching it and challenging the members.

It is a good release again. Step starts with a north south orientation and is energetic from the warmup to the cooldown. Only downer is the looong transition between tracks 2 and 3, but it works.

Sorry to hear about your step father and that your mum's having a hard time, hope she's feeling stronger now.
Tag, easy I've just deleted mine as I was tagged months ago, sorry it's not there for an example. All you do is add to you Profile (by going into Edit Profile up top of page) 6 facts about yourself you haven't already got on you profile. Anything eg love dogs, hate cheats anything personal or everyday things anything. Then pick 6 friends and go to their profiles and tell them they've been tagged. They do the same tell them to check the person's profile that tagged you for the rules if you don't have them that is. It's a fun way to learn about people on this site. Some people have very interesting facts.
