Thought I'd drop by early and wish my one and only Irish friend a HAPPY ST PATRICK'S DAY, don't forget to wear green!!!
How do you celebrate over there? We don't do much the Irish community gather and go wild but it's lots of fun and laughter more than anything else.

Hey I know what you mean about feeling sore, I went up in weight for squats, chest, lunges and triceps my body doesn't know what hit it, but as you say it's a good hurt.
