Hey Boston! Things are going fantastic here in Cleveland! The club is launching BodyJam in September!!!!! I just did the new release, and I can't wait to teach! The club has never seen BodyStep before, and I have some die hards already!!! I started them off with Release 69. Beware of the Dog!!! I won't be able to make it to the Big House for the super quarterly :( I'm traveling a TON for work! Plus, I'm dating a guy from Colorado (check out my yoga on the mountain!). He does Pump when he visits!!!!! Talk to you soon :)

Hey Jamie!
Great to hear from you. I'm so excited you are going for Combat...I LOVE it. Great to hear about the athlete in you...I'm the same...Just went through ATTACK training and never thought I'd be into it so much.
I'm actually doing a BODYSTEP training in Concord, NH this weekend with one person from Fittrix....Rick.
I'll be there in NY....look forward to seeing you again!
