I love the controversy you have started in all the programmes....
I have often thought that the choreography is biased towards the unfit rather than the fit, although compared to you I put myself firmly in the unfit pile of lard!!!!
I would love it if you came to Perth, desite the heat, we are in winter so it is not hot.
I am planning to train in attack soon, scared and excited!!!
