I come to RPM many years of cycling. Raced on the road in the late 80's, took a break for a few years to get married and start a family and support my husband in his persuit to become a Medical Doctor. We relocated from Miami, FL to Winston-salem NC. I then discovered mountain biking and have been hooked ever since. My proudest achievement is a Masters national championship I won in 2002 at MT. Snow Vermont and to represtent the US at the Masters world championships on Bromont, CAN. I began to teach RPM when I was injured the following season. I love turning participants on to the benifits of cycling. I like to think I bring a little bit of my real world riding experiences to the gym setting. I am no longer injured but will continue to teach RPM as I believe it benifits my riding as well as I just love teaching and preaching the benifits of cycling in and out of the gym.

Thanks for the wicked cues that you posted in the RPM forum. I will definitely be "pilfering" those for my classes ;-)
