Saw you on a mutual friends site and thought I'd drop in and say hello! Virtually speaking!
Congrats on the BP training! Very exciting that you & your hubby teach together...I would absolutely love that!!
Used to be that my hubby met me at the gym when we were courting years ago - that's how it was, if he wanted to see me! Then about the time we were married, 23 years ago, he started working out at home!
Have fun w/your launches. We're gearing up here for our BP #66 launch as well.

HIIIIII!! I have been MIA and I couldn't even find myself.lol. I will be in town when ur here and they are launching pump the 12th. I don't have any pump classes right now, so Im not in on it. Fri. noon pump, sat. step @ 7:50, pump @ 9 & flow @ 10. I think the schedule will stay the same with launch??? I have not done any classes besides flow in 2 months...I am out of the loop. I am going to be selling jewlery on sat. and you must come see it all. It is fused glass and I am doing at the dance studio I teach at downtown, Dantz Dynamics on Main st. and we could go have a coffee or something. I am in town this weekend Fri. Sat & Sun. what classes you got goin? Talk soon,

Dance skool was pretty cool! I am completely obsessed with the new Jam. COMPLETELY. Anyhow, I am actually coming home in a couple of weeks because my sister is graduating from nursing school (I almost spelled it "skool"! lol). So I will be home on the 9th. Just a quick pop in! See ya then girlie!

hi rachel! ahh, yay for you! where did you take the certification?? so i totally know who you are, in fact, i've taken a step class of yours before, killer by the way :), but no, i'd have to agree, we haven't met officially! so next time i bump into you around the gym, i'll most definitely say hi! so when are you thinking of beginning teaching? i've taught about 3 classes now and i love love LOVE it! you are all so lucky to have this year around! well i'm anxious to hear how your training went! thanks for saying hi and i'll ttya soon!

Thank you for your message. It was my pleasure to be on the West coast with all of you. The energy was surely through the roof. I have to agree this is a wicked release of BODYPUMP and a great one to get trained on.
