Hi Michelle! So glad to know that you are getting settled in, meeting the neighbors, making friends - already! That's great. Have any of the storms and flooding affected you?
I'm taping this morning and pacing the house..I really need to get on to the gym, but here I am...completely in denial. I'll let you know how it goes.

I just got word that Mark Nu'u and Gandalf will be at the southeast Tampa Q in August. But more importantly...they will be teaching at one of our Golds down here 2 days before. I am so excited to have this once in a lifetime opportunity to take their class at our facility.

Hey my girl. The launch went very well. I only ended up having to teach my tracks. :) But I was prepared to do the others too. As much as I don't like the chest track, it's okay now that I've taught it twice. I mean I won't bring it out to teach it again, but I'm not feeling that much hatred towards it anymore. Other than that I'm just busy. Had my daughter's 7th birthday party today at the bowling alley. Good thing I taught in the morning to work off the stress. :)

Oh my. Well you gotta be ready for anything. Now see that's why they give you 3 months to get it done. You'll be fine by the time comes and you will be so relieved once you get it done.
I've been doing well. Just busy with my 4 classes a week right now. We are launching a week from today. I'm teaching tracks 1, 5, and 8. But today my boss told me to learn tracks 7 and 9 too just in case one of his instructors didn't show up. I'm like okay..that's nice. Apparently for the last launch she showed up a minute before they started so he's concerned if she'll be there. Oh well. I am not liking the chest track from 65 at all. Every time I hear it I want to take the CD out and throw it out the window of my Jeep. Ugh..I hate it. But that's the beauty. After 2 weeks I can retire it forever!!!!

Michelle,
Very good info!!! Nothing like what I would have imagined. Luckily, training is right here in B-ham; about 30 minutes from home. My husband is taking the boys to his parents house for the weekend. He read your post and told me he's glad he won't be here. :) I heard other instructors say they cried on the last day too. That will surely be me; no, that will definitely be me.
A friend of mine's husband is a triathlete, so I've asked for advice on being able to run up to 2 miles by mid next month. Seriously, they don't feed you? I have to bring my own food?? What am I'm paying for, guts and glory? I guess so. I really do love the class and have so much fun that deciding to teach was a no-brainer for me. Seems I finally found something for me to do to contribute to the family-besides the daily grind and raising the boys-and I can have fun, get in shape and help others. It's a perfect opportunity for me. I'm just scared beyond belief! Thanks so much for sharing everything. I will have to get down there real soon to work out with you!
