My Favourite Programs

Profile

I've reached this site by way of Wiki for a few months before and been pleased with knowing Les Mills community more precisely.

When I was a junior high school student, my first pen pal was a girl in New Zealand. She was kind and we exchanged birthday present. New Zealand seemed perfect to me at that time. A herd of sheep and cattle, mild climate and not too many people. All those things were attractive. And more than that, in case of nuclear warfare, it would be the only place kept being clean and safe. The thought of it made me excited so much.

As time passed by, I forgot about all these fancy ideas. And seven years before, I've suddenly come across BTS and been absorbed into these marvelous programs day by day. I've never dreamt how deeply concerned about New Zealand again as this.

Unfortunately, as we've had no conference in New Zealand until now, I've never been there. But if I have a chance to travel freely, my first choice of destination will be New Zealand.

Thank you all!

Atsu san,
Ohayo. I am doing great, what is more it is friday! :)
Yes, my club has launched LM new release since Monday and I have done BC34 three times + BJ43 once! BC34 is just tooooo amazing and I am currently in love with this release. BJ43 is also great fun...lots of DISCO stuff!
I know in Japan normally the new release is later than other countries but you will get it anyway, so you can look forward to it.

will be BC34-ing again this weekend.

Yoi shumatsu wo!

Hello Atsu san,

so you are more Jammer than Combatter then =)
I can understand that all Japanese Jammers got really excited to have G this time. So lucky.

wow, Body Combat Boot Camp??! (@@)
sounds so tough to me...lol
just read the website of lesmillsjapan and understood the class was 30mins Combat clinic and then 60mins combat class. What tracks did they play? I guess there must have been Japanese combatter's favorite tracks like, Temp/Jump/I dont need nobody/So what (are? zenbu Muey Thai ni natte shimatta, ahahaha),I feel alive/fields of dream/Jigga Jigga/Set you free...also lots of stuff from BC before 20 (ie BC10-19).

yes, I will go home for holiday but will only stay at home in Yokosuka (Kanagawa) this time.

Have not been home for exactly one year...my parents will kill me if I dont go home for New Year!!! :) New Year (1 Jan) is very important for them you know. So we can meet up for BC class sometime when I have more time-hopefully in Osaka as I heard Osaka combatters are on fire! also I have some friends in Osaka as well but thank you anyway to consider me as an exceptional !! (^^)/

will talk to you soon.
take care and have a great Kinro-kansha day tomorrow.

Hi !
Thank you very much for your report (^^)/

Sounds great...you guys are very lucky to have such events twice a year. I do "mixi" and belong to various community of LM (mainly BC) there in order to get updated on LM Japan scene & have heard many people saying they didnt get the tickets they wanted or didnt get them at all...Did you also attend non-stop BC led by Shirato san? lol

I am going home for Xmas/New year holiday in one month time so I will like to try to join Konami (honten in Tokyo) for a BC class if possible!

Mata message shimasu ne.

Hi Atsu,
Glad you recovered...Time to go back to the gym again, desu ne!!

In fact I have taken BJ classes in the past in my club in Singapore but did not continue doing it. I have a couple of friends who have joined Konami Senri-Chuo recently (after I have brain-washed them that they should start BC !) and one of them told me BJ is also quite fun so I have started body jamming again... still only a few mixed-classes. Also there are not so many BJ classes fixed in my club so not sure if I can continue regularly like I do for BC & BP. I do like Body Jam!

My number one is still Body Combat! You like BC28 ? My favorite releases are BC19,20,27,29 & 33. I love BC33 the most!!

Talk to you again soon...
Mich

PS: do you also do mixi? :D

Atsu san,
Sorry to hear that you have caught a cold...I remember we can easily catch a cold around this time of the year in Japan due to unstable temperature. Odaiji ni nasatte kudasai.

Since I moved to Singapore, I dont have that problem anymore because of tropical climate and it is always warm all year round!

Talk to you soon!

Mich
