Hiya,
Yeah, I'm at One.. have to ask.. how did you know?
I'm doing Vive in Dundee in August through One, we're taking on the licence.
Who are you doing your Combat training through?
Come along any time, it's only a small class but we have fun!!!
If you do the August module, you'll have the same trainer as I did, Steve, HE ROCKS!!!
Pete

Hey lovely
it looks like attack training is not going to happen due to a tad of family drama.
v v v upset about it as got that letter of referal from a coordinator who happened to do me a favour and shes now left the club and a new coord has taken over who has a bit of a stricter policy-she was fine with me going on the course but now its cancelled im not sure that i can ask for another referal as all of v active are going in house and until you are fully certified in whatever you teach it looks like they wont help out at the cleared to instruct stage and want to train up their team inhouse from now on.It feels all chains are going the same way and am randomly pissed off about it and feel like having a serious moan as REALLY wanted to do Attack.........................

Hi there
getting very nervous about Body Attack training now. to be fair ive not done many classes but i have attended quite a few launches.Ive upped my participation in combat to prep for attack (combat being quite hardcore in my h o so i think if you are combat and Pump fit you will be ok for attack.Im not sure how things will go on the module but have been training REALLY hard-ive also been running every day for it....(which i never normally do lol)so im hoping ill be fine...

Hi Michelle
Hope you are well. You're probably about to have your quarterly or just had it. You are going to enjoy BB41 this release is so different from previous releases. Especially love the sun sals 7.5mins. BP66 is the best release in a long time watch out for the shoulder track, tough that one.
Take Care

Hi darl
Just wanted to check in on you and see how you are doing as we havent spoken or messaged for ages.Ive completed 4 out of 5 of my Ptrainer Exams-one left to go-the practical gym L3 exam, nutrition and anatomy exams have all been completed and just waiting to do my stats exam now.Which will be June time.Have booked Attack for early July-got confirmation thru yest-its with Vanessa Labort who i know well from Pump module training and quaterlies,so no probs there.Im stressing about my Pump.Done some team teaching with a studio coordinator of david lloyd(only my assigned tracks from module training, nothing else)and she said most of it actual teaching and timing was fine, posture is the issue with me,and she cant offer me a class until thats sorted, although i am on her sub list.trying to look at the positives which is she said my chest track, timing, and coaching and instruction skills are fine and that shes only mentioned one issue to work on.But no longer have any nerves when i teach which is brill.
Sorry for the long message but would love a catch up and to know what u r up to
Hugs
Laura
