Hi Mia
Hope all is well. Just released the first 6 tracks of BB41, it is good, love the tai chi warmup so graceful, sun sals is so different to what we are used to and long, 7,5 mins infact, I love it it's the best on sofar, not fussed about standing strength, love the 2 balance tracks they test your balance, hip openers look easy, boy you feel them, and watch out abbs. Great so far.
Take Care

Dropped by to say hi,hope all is well.
Guess you are looking forward to the 1st quarterly of the year. You would have launched BP64 and probably mixing by now. I did it for my first time today as I was on holidays and then christmas and new year.

Hi Mia
Thought I'd drop by to wish you all the best for Christmas and the New Year, as I'm off on holidays tomorrow and won't get much opportunity after. Have a wonderful Christmas.

Hi Mia
How's things? Hope you are well. Is England having their final quarterly for the year yet? Our have started here in Australia most states have already had them but here in Sydney, NSW we still have a two week wait. Then a week later it's all systems go.
If the weather stays as is, raining and cold it won't be a problem learning but if it gets warmer again will be hard to stay indoors to learn the chorrey.
Take Care

Hey Mia! It was a rough weekend but I passed. I know what you mean now about truely feeling fit after going through BA training. That was one of the toughest things I've done...including Ironman. We trained on release 58. I had to present T9. I can't begin to tell you how long I practiced that spin turn in my hotel room! Now I have to clean up my arm lines. Never had to worry about those in RPM. Hope you had a great weekend. Take care!

Thanks Mia. Yeah, it'll be all business this weekend. Couldn't imagine going through training hungover. Really looking forward to that beep test! Got myself a nice pair of trainers yesterday. I was getting weird looks when I started doing jacks and ice skaters in the middle of the store. :-) Good call on the step curls! I'll definitely remember that one. Have a great weekend!
