I´m an instructor of BPump and Bcombat in my gym, since one year ago.
I´m a competitor like you. I´m in bodybuilding and you in fitness.
I saw your photograph of competition and I´ve added you in my list of friends. Thamk you for adding me. We will be sharing impressions of the competitions and classes.
I´m returing to the competitions in october again, I´m prepearing for the world champions of W.A.B.B.A. for next years ´cause it will be celebrating in my city.

thanks for the info i'll definitly pass it along to others and see if they'll give it a try. as for myself i'm actually with univera for over a year now. and am loving it.it actually puts the body to work rather than relying on outside sources to help out, creating better cells at the genomic and protein levels. check it out at www.univera.com
