HI I am Nikk. I am a 31 year old participant from Sydney, Australia. I love Body Jam and Combat and do both at least 3 times per week as well as a sprinkling of pump, attack and balance each at least once a week. I have been doing jam and combat now for about 12 months now and am looking at doing Jam training in 2008

My other love is netball which i have been playing for nearly 23 years. This consumes the part of my life that isn't taken up with Les Mills classes. I am heavily involved with my netball club as president as well as umpiring, playing and coaching. I have been coaching now for three years and I love it. My girls this year did brilliantly in making the grandfinal and played an absolutely fantastic game just missing out on the premiership.

Between Les Mills classes and netball and my regular job my life is pretty full but I don't think I would have it any other way :)
