I DID IT.....Got my first tattoo today (6/28)! I decided to get a tattoo that represents my love for all the LM programs that I teach. I had 4 butterflies done each one represents one of my programs; so one is red, one is orange, one is green and one is purple.

The new releases have arrived! WOW, they ALL look fantastic! Time for chorey crunch.......word is we launch the new stuff in July!

I just registered for the SUPER Q!!!!!! I can't wait!

Hi everyone,
Is there a 12 step proram for this site???? I am TOTALLY addicted...but ya know what....so what! This site is awesome. If you stop by...drop me a line!

Was born in NYC and lived there for several years but then moved to Jersey but continued to spend many weekends in the city (that would be NYC) I've been living in Maryland for the past 15 years. I still make it up to the city and Jersey every 4-6 weeks- just can't get enough.

I am addicted to Broadway shows- my most recent favs: HAIRSPRAY, WICKED and AVENUE Q. (saw all shows multiple times) I know the words to all the songs :-))

I started out as a member (back in the late 80's) taking many, many classes a week (sometimes 3 a day!).
Along the way,I have had some OUTSTANDING instructors who motivated, inspired and encouraged me to make the move from member to instructor.

It all started with a traditonal step class....I am AFAA certified, and still teach step. BUT...the journey got even BETTER when I added PUMP in 2005, ATTACK in 2006 and VIVE and COMBAT in 2007!

I love being part of the Brick Bodies Team!!!!!!

My daytime job- I am a special education teacher. I have my masters degree and continue to work on my 60 credits beyond my masters degree.

Vickie	Hey Alison how are the new release going along, have you launched them as of yet? pump and combat are fantastic, how are you enjoying vive 7? kinda different from the other releases! i have our 3rd Q in about 5ish weeks (16th of aug) for the to be newest releases! how fast time has gone.. please let me no how you launches go. xx vic

Tom	HEY! Thanks for the support, we just launched bodystep 72 yesterday! it was awesome, so much energy. I was reading that you got Tattoo's?!!! love them myself, I have 3. one for swimming, my BF, and chiropractic, eventually I will make the move to get one to represent my love for fitness and les mills. great to hear from you, keep in touch! sounds like you had an awesome day!!! I am jealous, I want to go shopping! Girl I have to watch my spending, am headed out of town three friggin times in August. I just picked up a crapton of extra shifts, I am going to die. I hate working the night shift, but I am going to need the money. It will be worth it for the Q and Combat training, plus my ACE cert is August 9th in MD. I thought about rescheduling it, I really dont want to take the time off from work, I am still debating... We will see. I really need to get it under my belt.
