We havent launched BJ45 yet... we will on Aug 26th! Yeah this ones a tough one! But AWESOME looking! As far as BodyStep, our members really loved this one! The music was good all the way through. And the ending slow lunges killed my ___. But it truly is one of the best releases!
LOL, BBQ... I really dont eat it very much at all! Really.

The Gold's is in the same strip mall as REI at the corner of Carlin Springs and rt 7. It's a bit of a haul from burke - but I used to live in Alexandria and I LOVE the class so...

Congrats on getting a tape to send! Boy, isn't taping a chore? It's such a relief to get a solid one in the box and off to the mailbox. Well, good luck. You'll be great.
Glad to hear your technique coaching cues are on target. It's the little details that can get lost when we've taught a while.
Well, keep shaking your groove thing and be the funkiest white boy in the room! Let me know about your assessment. :)

Haha we are doing Ceroc for the wedding (Jive and Latin combined) Not quite swing but better than a slow shuffle :)
