Profile

The effects we have on peoples lives is amazing, not just the physical results but the happiness and enjoynent they get also! Body Pump is one of the most important things in my life, after my family. It comes joint second with my tigers and decks.

June 08 - PUMP 66

How excited was I to find they had used a track that I had suggested.

August 08 - Trip To USA (Virginia Beach)

How good was my holiday this summer. Not only did I visit a dear friend but, I also got the chance to teach pump & flow with her state side what an amazing experience. Thanks Gold's Gym for letting me do this.

Availability

As I am searching for more DJ work around the south of the UK I may be available in your area for classes too.

I know what you mean - the mix I actually suggested was the Audiolush remix, but that may be too fast. Anyway, I am looking forward to seeing how the track works in practice...

Hey Christian

Don't get me wrong... I'm a huge advocate of Balance, but I found #38 a bit uneven. Yes, the Standing Strength left me wanting more... as well as the Hip Openers. The second half was better, with the fav track the double Twists.

No, I've lived in London all my life but my dads brothers live there! It's completely different to the kind of life that I'm used to. It's been about 5 years since I last went to Plymouth and I'm sure it's changed a bit since then! It'll be nice to go back because Plymouth has some really nice places too. D'you still live there then?

Errrr......well. Due to the lack of practice in front of a camera, it scared me. I fluffed it in the warmup. Tried to due an extra D-lift instead of a pause and scream 'Noooooooooo' in my daft northern accent. Apart from that chory was spot on.

Oh, and the cassette running out with about 30 seconds left of the cool down.

Sent it anyway because I filmed it on the deadline date. Pretty much wrote an essay on the back of the assessment sheet explaining all of my problems. Expecting to have to resubmit.

So it went pretty well, haha.
