Well and truly stuck into the new releases now.

BC36 rocks - you need an extra pair of lungs to keep up with this one. Mental Skental all the way.

BB41 is another winner - particularly love the Tai Chi and the Sun Sals - very innovative.

Please read my full reviews in the Forums: Grandnat on BC36/BB41.

Hi Rog!

I'm coming home for a few days next week (Wednesday to Sunday) do you think you can organise a space in a class or two for me?

Dave.

Don't think I could last a week without combat, lol!

lol well, I got ahold of Vive 5 dvd and just loved it, then went to the Vive 7 workshop at the SQW and just had to do the training (got told by Maureen Baker, who came over from NZ that I had to do the training cos she reckoned I'd be good at teaching it!)

not sure if I'm gonna be able to handle 2 sets of chorey every 3 months, but am willin to try!!!

Love Arizona just not when it's a 110 out....but here in Michigan when it's that hot we have humidity and Arizona doesn't get it so that's a big bonus!

Sounds a bit funny as I teach World Cultures and History but I know little about Scotland...well except for good ole William Wallace who was a bit taller than Mel Gibson..:)

Venice has some crazy looking folks but California is a cool place whereever you travel!

Look forward to more fabulous reviews!

Ah Kendal, lovely town, wonderful road out of it as I remember.

Wednesday must be a universally crap day.

FF Yoga is done and under the belt, teaching it on Saturday mornings. It's turned out to be an opportunity to cut loose on all the things I love about Balance but wanted to develop and advance more. It's great!

Now then.

41 is still in the learning phase, launching on the 29th and the 7th in different places.

Abs conditioning is underway as talking and doing has been fun. It's a hell of a release though, my initial thoughts on watching the DVD were "this is immense" I stand by it now.

How;s thee?

Pete

Just a stop to say how much I enjoy your reviews on the programs! You seem to be such a positive beacon and inspiration for the gyms and the programs you teach for!

Good to meet ya!

It looks exhausting! We just got our releases a week ago, so I haven't had time to do it yet. It looks amazing, though. I can't wait to get started.
