Currently living and working in Aberdeen Scotland, have been teaching Body Pump and Body Balance for nearly 8 years now but have been a Freelance Instructor and Gym Instructor for 16!!!! Am currently also the Wellness Coordinator for Garioch Sports Centre in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire but leaving this post shortly to begin a new life in Portugal. (All this whilst bringing up 3 kids and trying to spend time with my fab & enduring hubby)

My last Scottish Pump Class will be on Sunday March 25th and need to get to work on my play list for that one - i guess the warm up track will be an obvious choice?.......

Looking forward very much to attending my first Portuguese Quarterly on June 7th and meeting so many of the people who have helped with advice, to directions and who have just listened to me over the last few months - I am very grateful.

More news as and when.........

Never has it been clearer to me that BTS is truly and international language and long may it reign!!!!

Hi Sandra!!
My advice is if you can stay for the weekend!!
Driving is a much better way to get here. I would take the A8 highway and get of at an exit that says Mafra nad the head torwards Sintra (beatiful place to visit..one of the reasons why I think you should stay the weekend and visit) and then in Sintra head torwars Cascais. The mall I think you talked about might be Cascais Shopping which is pretty big and nice to visit but I wouldn't say huge and it is a bit outside of Cascais. You should pass it on the way between Sintra and Cascais. Although I think the area of Cascais-Sintra is so beautiful to see and the weather at that time should be fantastic so I think spending the day in the mall would be a shame. They can even go to the beach while they wait if they don't feel like driving around.

Hi Sandra! I don't know Lisbon very well.. But maybe it is better to go to the quarterly by car. I'm not going to that quarterly because the one in Porto is before and, as I live in between both cities, I always go to the first one. It is better that you contact Manz Produções (www.manz.pt) in order to know all the info about the quarterly, how to get there, etc
So when you go to Leiria, tell me something and we can have a coffee or you can go to Maxigym and go to a class!
Good luck on everything!
Kisses

Hey Sandra! I started enjoying BP65. I wasn't to psyched about it at the beginning in contrast to for example the BC release (fantastic!!!) but I admit it grew on me :). BP66 Sounds better but i'll still have to check out the tracks ;) Are you going to drive to Cascais or coming by public trasnport ?

Hello from Texas!

Hey Sandra, you are most Welcome for the message and Thank you for sending her a belated message and for your info too! Yes it is lots of Fun getting to know others that love the Les Millls programs! So can you tell me a little bit more about yourself, like do you participate in the LM classes or teach them and how long have you been involved with the LM programs? Have you been to the US? Last but not least if you need any help on getting pics up on your Avatar or the bigger ones above that just let me know, always happy to help others in any way that I possibly can. Hope to hear back from ya very soon.

Hi Sandra!
Unforunately I can't help you much since I don't know Marinha Grande or Leiria all that well, but in Leiria you should have more gyms too choose from then Marinha Grande, but I'm sure you'll find something that suits you.
I do know it is easy and quick to get from Leiria to Marinha Grande :)
I don't teach..I am only a BP and Combat participant in Lisbon
