The Body Jam 45 launch was awesome! I always get nervous before things like that, and the fact that I got tracks 4 and 5 didn't help matters. But don't get me wrong- I LOVE those tracks. I just had pictures in my mind of me, butterflying onto my face in front of everyone! :) I love the physical challenge of this release, and it is a huge hit with our members. Summertime is usually a slower time at our gym, but not this year. On average, we have been having 20 or (sometimes more) participants in Jam each week. Pump 66 is a big hit as well. The focus on body weight exercises really adds a new level of toughness! I have had several participants (some being long-time pumpers)comment that many of 66's tracks are the most challenging ones they have done. It's all about that overload principle, right? Well, my husband and I are off to the beach then to Disney World with our 2 1/2 year old daughter, and I can't wait to see the look on her face when she sees that Cinderella's castle is real! I hope everyone is having an awesome summer!
