HEY HEY...sounds like you are on the way! great news about the ole paws there and the no pain! yep keep dem heels grounded ..dem arms extended... dem toes pointed..and think... ENERGY!!! haha...you will find that as you get
"attack fit" you will be able to look out at your class and see they are gassed and suddenly realize that you are still going strong! thats when you have to really inspire them to turn it up a notch and keep going!..certainly coach the options..but offer challenges as well...mucho kudos and whollotta hugz eddy!....ciao ciao ..russ
