PAST:
US ARMY Military Police Person
Desert Storm Veteran 1988-1992 "Hmm..can she kick my butt?", you wonder. "Are you feeling lucky?" is what I'd tell ya!

PRESENT:
Teaching Body Pump,Body Jam and now Body Combat to the beautiful people in Orlando. My home gym is the Dr Phillips Gold's in Orlando. Besides teaching, I also model and portray STORM at Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure.

FUTURE:
Meeting my other Les Mills brothers and sisters at these fabulous quarterlies around the world. I aspire to become a Body Pump National Trainer, not one day but soon! (Gotta talk it into motion in order for it to happen, right?)

What's New?

Thanks for everyones's well wishes and prayers. The wedding was beautiful and we managed to miss Hurricane Fay altogether. Back to work and learn this new chorey!!
