Expat Australian now living in Southern USA. About to take ACE personal training exam, and looking at specialising with older populations. No longer teaching Les Mills due to no classes in my area, however, I have plans of one day opening a mind and body studio, and looking at getting a BB licence.

Balancer/Flower since 15 trained on 28, last release 39
RPMer since 8 trained on 32.
