Hi Tim
Hope all is well. You are going to love BB41, great release plenty of Challenges especially in core abs and back. Strong. But still very graceful.
BP66 is the best in a long time, actually love teaching this one.

Hi Tim
Hope you are well. How are classes going in Ontario, does the cold and snow stop people coming out to the gym? I suppose you get used to the weather and adjust accordingly.
How are you enjoying BB39, not a bad release love balance, abs twist and hamstrings tracks not real keen on the music for tracks 1 and 2 though but getting used to them.
Take care
Connie

Hi Tim,
It's been a while due to personal stuff. Lost my sister-in-law, my RPM-job at Fitness First, quit my dayjob and lost a friend to cancer, all in one week!! Well, that certainly takes some strenght of a person, I can tell ya'.
But when some doors close, others do open and I started out as instructor at another gym, got a new dayjob as ass. manager in a gym for 3 days a week and we bought a new house this week! So... things seem to get better and better.
Problem is that my new gym doesn't have the RPM-licence so I need to get to the Qly's via another channel. I want to keep up to date, even if I have to pay for it myself and I want to keep on teaching RPM. But I won't give up yet... things'll sort themselves out somehow, I believe.
How's your life going? How did you go on the AIM training? Did you enjoy it too?
Well, I'll be looking forward reading your mails and be updated again.
Have a good weekend and we'll stay in touch!

Hi Tim
THanks for the message. Enjoy the quarterly and yes I'd love to know more about the new Balance heard varying things about it some say its easy others say there's some really advanced poses. Sooooo, I'm wondering. Oh, good luck with the AIM training heard it's pretty intense.
