I am Miko who is a Japanese journalist living in Auckland.
I am working for Fitness Magazine which is publishing in Japan and making a regular column about Les Mills.( I LOVE Les Mills, too)
I would like to feature "how people love LM group fitness classes in the world" on upcoming issue and would like to hear testimonials from as many as people all
over the world.
If possible, could you please tell me about your gym and how your gym’s members (including you) are enjoying classes?

Hey Licia, it's Great to meet you too and that you sent him a message, also you are totally Welcome for the info on him too!
It is a small world, so when did you live here in Texas? I lived in San Antonio too from 1976 to 1980. I also use to manage and teach GF in a couple of gyms in Arlington but now I am working at the Best Club that has the Les Mills South Central office in it so I'm excited about that. Do you get a chance to come back much to the US? Hope to hear back from ya soon.

I saw your photo and I had to send a little hello! I'm from Mequon, Wi in the USA (about 90 minutes north of Chicago) I teach Pump here and my only regret is that I didn't start teaching this years earlier! So much fun, so much ENERGY!
