Love the mooning one. I am team teaching tonight for the first time and im gonna use it. When I pcracticed my bicep track i say hello biceps when doing bottom end. I grunt first like im in such pain. Well I just went through pump training and form is everything. The people in your class will copy everythintg you do. So if your form is off it will affect them as well. WE JUST TELL THEM IF THEY CAN DO A REVERSE CURL THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH WEIGHT ON THE BAR. ALSO A REVERSE CURL DOES NOT WORK THE SHOULDER MUSCLES.
