hehehehehe - yeah - dont get me started about les mills and the classes - you cant shut me up! and when it is with another les mills enthusiest - well - there is not stopping me!.
My friends say come out with us and im like no, i have to prepare for class tomorrow - even though i taught it yesterday so i obviously know it!

my boss who owns the gym does believe in les mills - hence our group fitness isnt doing very well. It is very frustrating and heart breaking. apparently we can just do it freestyle!. I am looking at gettng the pump and step tattoos
