Bike shorts ....yes...it is a LONG time to be in the saddle...bike shoes absolutely... maybe even more critical than the shorts...and yes look the part and wear RPM blue...

Just a bit of advice...if the trainer identifies a specific item to address in the first day focus on making sure you get it rectified by the second day...
Simple but true....I believe that the trainers like to see the demonstration of progression from one day to the next..
Above all have some fun and make some good contacts!

I just passed my Pump training...if someone could ever bottle the feeling you get when you first jump in the car and drive home after passing ...they would be a millionaire!!!!...don't think I have ever played True Believer as loud as that EVER!!!
