I did a class a few weeks ago on the deck of a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean ...wicked looking around and seeing the blue sea!!!!

little trick with the jinga .. think of a triangle on the flor and the leg that goes back is going to the tip of the triangle and the front legs are on the other 2 vertices. The rest is just getting into the flow and getting into the lunge. If you also try body pump you'll have a lot more practice with those lunges

I also think that if there is a downside to this release it is track2 (and as someone said I also miss United Vibe) and maybe the lower body warmup (more the song than the chorey...by Rogue Traders I'll only take BP's Voodoo Child).
As for track 6, it is a bit slow but that's because maybe lately we haven't been used to ...
