I have the suspicion that LMI is planning on taking over all of the clothing distribution around the globe. That way there wouldn't be a different look of clothing in the US, OZ, NZ and Europe stores. The OZ store closed last year, and now NZ so....
I would imagine the owners of the stores in each region have some sort of license agreement and as ...

Unfortunately the two main compound exercises to train the lower body are squats and lunges! It's a shame you can't do them as they are really good for you.
They also make up a big part of the BP class, in fact you usually spend around 11 minutes training them. That equates to more than 1/4 of the working section.
Unfortunately as the other ...

I am just blown away by what a good choice they made... The freemasons ROCK... Listening to it right now and can't wait to teach with it.
This is exactly the feel you want at the begnning of your class: happy, energetic, uplifting!
Well done Glen...

Actually chances are pretty good! There's lots of work here despite everything.
The easiest thing for her to do would be to get registered with REPS in the UK (don't bother getting insurance though). She can then transfer her rego straight to Fitness Australia which is the equivalent here. She won't need to do any updates or anything.
If she ...

For me any of the recent tracks with no bar work are by far some of the hardest out there. Hook me Up was one of them and there was a Pink track as well.

I'm sure of the more senior instructors on this forum will have some tracks from back in the 30s or 40s that were ...

Whilst it is one of the hardest, it felt much much harder when it first came out, but as with everything you get used to it and over time it becomes less difficult.
Still, those last two ...

trancendental: justcallmeryan:The core song is great, albeit a bit dated
Safe to assume Jackson's death coincided with the preparation for 72, and given the amount of comment on here, the PDs must have felt it would be appropriate to include some of his material, albeit in cover form. Presumably the asking price for the original was ...

tiger75:Is it front squat like in 68 # too?
No just normal squats. Lots of them as well.

Went to the workshop today and musically I think this is a pretty solid release. It has a lot of rock songs in it which some people on this forum might not be so happy about but I think it has broad appeal.
The absolute hands down standout is the warm up! I have been very vocal in the past about how sappy and awful some of the warm up tracks have ...

tiger75:Yes I'm talking about that specific part not when you stand up.
It's not specific stretching to calves but I mean your calves gets a release from the tension occured during lunges and squats track before, That's what I'm saying.
Yes true some tension does accumulate when doing static exercises, especially lunges. But the main ...
