Yeah I noticed the feet in the air and every time I do the chest track I keep thinking about those legs flapping about just makes me laugh. Have you noticed the shoulder track, the man in the front cant find his hand weight and has to do the track with unequal weights.

I teach three pump classes a week. This week I taught four and I have been known to do five per week. It's safe so long as you back off on your weights between days. It is possible to over do it so be careful. As of now I am doing P90x along with pump so my schedule looks like this:
