• Re: Minor irritation just behind the knee cap. Any Advice??

Thanks everybody for the advice. I have iced it, heated it, rested it etc..... I taught today using only two 5k on either side as opposed to four. I felt it a little bit, but it felt 95% alright. I'll continue to rest it and see if it gets better all on its own. I hate going to the doctor if I can handle it because ...

  • Minor irritation just behind the knee cap. Any Advice??

I played some intense volleyball a couple of days ago and probably landed a bit sour a few times. I never actually ''hurt'' it per say, but I feel some minor irritation in the squat track and a little in the lunges. I am taking my weights a bit light tonight but I wondered if anyone else has gone through this. ...

  • Re: New Zealand Clothing line sizes??

eskwan:What was the size of the tops you get in America? I bought one of those black tops with the red slit at the bottom, so i can compare that size with my NZ tops. I've got a men's red Moko shirt from the US site. It's a large and fits a bit loose but comfortable. I checked the clothing forum but it was a bit ...

  • New Zealand Clothing line sizes??

I am going to order some shirts in the near future and just wanted a heads up from anyone who has ever purchased clothing of that line. I am a 6 ft tall male, 21 with a decent build, I love long walks on the beach.... Oh wait, got of track for a sec. lol. I just don't want to get my sizes wrong, after all, that's alot ...

  • Re: Order of workout

I would have to respectfully disagree with Hellrazor's post. There is a somewhat hostile undertone in Mr. Hellrazor's reply that makes me wonder why he does pump at all. There is logic and reason behind everything done in these Les Mills programs. They are spaced out like they are so that each muscle group gets it's ...

  • Question about suggesting a song?

I wanted to suggest Linkin Park's What I've Done. I searched it first to see if it had already been suggested and it said no. So I tried to suggest it and told me that someone already had and that I could add my vote to it. Tried to find it again and couldn't. Think it would be a wicked cool chest track but can't ...

  • Re: BP 67 What's up in that Chest track?

fitmol: Yeah I noticed the feet in the air and every time I do the chest track I keep thinking about those legs flapping about just makes me laugh. Have you noticed the shoulder track, the man in the front cant find his hand weight and has to do the track with unequal weights. I watch the dvds a few times while learning the new releases ...

  • Re: How many BP classes do you *safely* teach a week?

I teach three pump classes a week. This week I taught four and I have been known to do five per week. It's safe so long as you back off on your weights between days. It is possible to over do it so be careful. As of now I am doing P90x along with pump so my schedule looks like this: Monday: ...
