    This would be a line stolen from Dan and Rach from BC39 but I found it was great for the BP69 Shoulder track with the 2 supersets... ''This is the second set, just the like first, only alittle bit worse'' as the fatigue sets in with the second round of bar, plate and pushups.

    Funny stuff Cristy, I used the ''first date'' during the O/H presses for my first BP class and it got a smiles from my participants... always a good sign I suppose... I found it helped me to remember that I was to also not fatigue and let the plates touch. &nbsp; I'll sure try to incorporate some of the other lines in my next ...
