mine says: ''teach the entire release for minimum of two weeks and maximum of four weeks and then start to integrate other tracks'' and yes, I believe that if this is the official LM guideline, the clubs should not ignore it and forbid people to follow it.
The arguments from my club were basically that some instructors have so many other classes ...

well my own manual is very clear about it and it has mixing guidelines there as well, pages 22-23, 2006 edition as said. therefore, it any of my colleagues who have been trained in the last 3 years claims that Lesmills does not allow mixing, then I can only assume that they have not actually read their manuals. So whenever he tells us to start or finish or pause, that is correct. any other way is not correct. therefore, all the instructors who do the program the way it is choreographed are correct too. simple.

... but participants got to do their workout. (Nothing worse than having to turn around and go home when you had expected to do a Les Mills class...)
That poor class thought they were getting a Kickboxing class and instead got a 30min Pump Express class. They were troopers and hung in ...

HellRazoR: ulla:true, but then again, squats are just squats, so could just do some 2/2, some 3/1, throw in some singles, why bother with the choreo? have to say it bothers me as well when some instructors just make up their own and participants are left wondering which one of us actually learned it and who is just making it up.
I AGREE with you ...
