    I did the ab track last night as a little teaser - ouch!!!&nbsp; Looks so painless really on paper!!!!&nbsp; The looks on the members faces tells me they were hurting too!!!

    Unusual as in the order of the exercises!!!&nbsp; I'm looking forward to it as I have a former instructor in my class as a participant and she loves to try and pre-empt what I am about to do so unusual warm ups do her head in!!!! I know I'm just mean I like a change around in the chorey occasionally - keeps it fresh rather than deadrows, ...

    Its nice and subtle too - i didn't even notice it at quarterly!&nbsp; Wasn't til i was listening to it at home that I heard the swoosh.......&nbsp; The other Combat instructor picked it up straight away - but she trained on BC11 when all the noises were there so used to hearing them i guess!!!

    Ah Placebo gotta love that pain from a new release......&nbsp; That will be me next Tuesday after launching Pump at 9.30 Combat at 10.30 then Pump again at 6.15pm next Monday!!!&nbsp;&nbsp; Ouch!!!&nbsp; Just one track left to learn - track 6 - eeeekk!!!

    Standing strength is a toughie too as physical practice is a little tougher on the body than some of the other tracks!!&nbsp; But at least you get a week to recover before the last day &nbsp; Having said that I was actually really happy in hindsight that it was all over in the three days as I didn't have to worry about my Pump and Combat classes ...

    He could still get the hip track for next weekend!!!&nbsp; 46's isn't too bad - really easy to learn and not to squishy i wouldn't have thought and the Forward Folds for 46 is lovely......&nbsp; I so wanted that one! &nbsp;

    I can't believe its been two weeks already since I did mine - time is flying at a ridiculous rate at the moment!!!&nbsp; Maybe that's because I'm trying to cram BP72 and BC42 into my head over the next two weeks then re-cram BB46 into the head for relaunching it at the gym.&nbsp; Have a great weekend - if its anything like mine was it will be ...

    And in Q1 next year in Brissie we get Bevan (something to get excited about apparently??!!) and the big man himself Glen...&nbsp; Susan was fantastic last quarter and Dan and Rachel in Q1 this year brought the Combatters out in massive numbers!!!
