I know it makes sense that you would be training on 41, however when my crew trained last winter, they had us on 33 since that's what they had enough kits for! Crazy huh?

I have to agree with those that are disappointed with the song choice. I teach a free style cycling class on top of my my two LM classes, and I used the Flo Rida song once - for reasons already stated, the feeling/tempo etc. And then before my next class one of my particpants came to me very upset (and crying) about my music ...

Maybe if you showed 2 min sections each of Combat 1, Power Training 1 etc.?

You know... I just can't get past the words in the song. I don't feel comfortable with it. I'm partial to 65 and 60 myself.

Prior to my Combat training, I was also teaching Pump and Spin. Though I found that Combat training was more difficult than Pump, I don't know that there is really anything else you can do to prepare except for as others mentioned... more Combat.

I definately agree with you in that we aren't qualified to give medical advice, but was just searching more for technique or form related things that may lead to the elbow pain.
