''Walk This Way'' 51....or ''Pump It'' 57  both were KILLERS!

This release kicks ass and indeed has kicked mine - can't add much here Stu as you said it well.  This is a close second to 45's piece of work for me - excellent!

It's a bit of a relief to read the reviews as I sometimes feel I'm harsh on the music but this is spot on.  6 for me was as awful as 39's upper body warm-up...awful. I also agree with some of the arm combo's being so similar with one slight difference it made for a bit of a brainer in spots.  I actually feel that I like this release ...

eskwan: I guess the OP would never use BP53 bicep track then. lol It's not the first song with adult themes and i'm sure it won't be the last. Hope not - don't know how many Barry Manilow tracks can be put in bodypump!
