    Yes, thats what they mean and yes its back in 45!!! Just got home from the Q and loved it! It has not been in a release in over a year, most have not been doing it since they follow the choreo, as they should :)

    Julie, you sound like you are right where you need to be! You have studied, you have prepared and you have learned all you can. You will do great! As for 3/4 pace, no worries! I tell them its just somewhere between climbing pace (1/2) and racing at (1/1), I then follow that up with 7/16 or 9/16 are acceptable, but please stay within that range or ...

    I have seen folks put a collar on first, then the weight, then the securing collar &nbsp; hope this helps

    I went to pump training a month ago and that was specifically asked. The reply was to never face the mirrors and never leave the stage.

    When they introduced the pullback we were told to replace the hover with it.That made that transition simple and we KNEW what to do. I just wish we had more direction as to what to do with the pullback now. Does anyone know if it is in 45?

    I think pullbacks are gone also :( My class loves them too. They all grunt when they come back and lock the abs on. They have been missing for the past two releases. I wish they would explain 1) if they are indeed gone and 2) details as to why so we can pass it on.
