Hey guys - random question that I will put out there.
Does anyone recommend a type/brand of 9V rechargeable battery for a wireless mic that doesn't go flat during classes? And/Or a strategy to make sure that they don't go flat?

I work with Zest Health Clubs in Perth - they are pretty big here and I'd definitely recommend working with them. There is also Fitness first as mentioned previously. Those are the big two chains here :)

Just had the quarterly 2 days ago - BP 68 is pretty damn awesome!!!
Im actually liking the front squats now, was a bit unsure initially, but I like em :)
The shoulder track is awesome, as is the biceps and the lunges! Love the shrug of the shoulders on the shoulder track! Little old-school performance! ;)

By the way, guys, even without ripping the pants, going commando is also not a good idea if you're wearing wide shorts. I've seen way more than I've necessarily wanted to in some chest and triceps tracks..

Iv gotta say, Iv been to another BP instructor's class that grunted atleast 30 times in his class, and I found it a little annoying, especially because it was the same grunt. Its like using the same cue 30 times!
But I think well-placed grunts are good, and variety and not going over the top is important in my books :)

If you want muscle bulk then BP isn't the answer. If anything it will lean your muscles out. Some people do free weights and Pump but if you're after quick results then low reps/high weights is the way to go.
