speedie:OK, picture bad implants on a flat-chested woman - you know that big ugly 'gap' of flat chest between the 2 rocks? A woman with a good set of pecs won't have that type of 'gap', and will have nice mounds with a natural cleavage.

trancendental:Have you considered making copies and lending them instead. I know this is mega-illegal (so only bring on the slings and arrows if you must, people) but wouldn't it be better if the copies got scratched or lost rather than your hard-to-replace originals?
I'm pretty sure my bodypump trainer suggested we make copies of our releases ...

Read the choreography, including all the extra stuff in the notes.
Watch/Participate with the DVD once or twice.
Turn the voices off on the DVD and practice each track several times until I have it.

It pretty much follows the same formula as always-a primer then two or 3 blocks of exactly the same moves.
The beat in 68 is quite distinct so what is the prob??
We each have our own strengths and weaknesses. What may be easy for you could ...

krafty:currently when they have made the changes they just use the break time.... why not just continue? sometimes in the back track there are 2 breaks... plenty of time. im not saying that we need to change 4 or 5 times, but once... or twice.
that's true. there are usually 3 or 4 breaks in the back track... good ...
