pbuttars: Their reasoning and I quite agree (mostly when doing Body Jam) is that it shows the particpants what they really look like. Maybe not bad for Pump, but I think I'm really rockin' it to Jam and then I look at myself in the mirror!
See, what's the point in thinking you look good doing something when actually you look like a pillock? ...

On a basic level it would be rude to disappear for that long without telling your class you're going away.

I'd be lost without the mirror. I have rubbish proprioception, so without them I haven't a clue where anything is. I know some people get mesmerised by themselves in the mirrors, but people are always going to find some way of zoning out onto autopilot, mirrors or no mirrors.

It's also more tempting when your feet are down to come up onto your toes and just try *one* full-out - and before you know it you're doing the whole set.

The song is called ''Say You Will'' skip to ...

Those actors got in great physical shape by following a basic training method based on 300 reps of strength and plyometric training.
Er, not according to the Gym Jones website, which is the place they trained.
The media has simplified the training/diet regime they ...

Mmmarshmallow:When I first did this track, I put on the weight outside the collars, rather than inside. I would keep the weight on for the bicep rows, and then tilt the bar to the side so that the plates would slide off when we moved back to curls.
And have the plates bang around across the floor? I'd be really irritated to be in a class ...

This word will be working its way into my lexicon this week. SWEET. I'm not sure it's really a 'word' as such, but I'm glad you like it .
