My club has a female instructor who's 6' built like a tank. All of her squats have 8 or more bottom half repeats without fail so what otherwise would be easy tracks become more difficult than the past 10 releases.

It's going on two years now that I've been waiting for my club to intruduce new weights including 22 Kg plates. Because bars are from New Zealand it's difficult to find plates that are dirlled correctily yet at the same time think those that survive to be be most humanly correct.

Fast singles during bicep almost always makes the exercise harder. My forearms and wrists are what ache most at the end.

I find tracks with long tricep dips the hardest, especially when a 20 lb dumbell is added to the lap. By comparison tricep pushups don't bother me.

How long in cm or inches are the bars that are problematic? Still waiting to see 10 Kg plates at my gym and till then have been using 3 5 Kg plus a 2.5 Kg plate on each end for chest press.
